f(x) is not a question, it's a function.
It's a straight line, so only 2 points are needed.
Use x and y axes: y = 3 - 4x
Pick a value for x and solve for y.
if x = 0, y = 3 --> the point (0,3).
if x = -3, y = 15 --> (-3,15)
Plot the 2 points and draw a line thru them.
