A coordinate is a point on a line or the graph of a line
It is usually indicated like(2,7)
An example: If you were to draw a graph representing:
y=2x+3
If x=2 put this into y=2x+3 and get:
y=2(2)+3=7
so when x=2,y=7
put this on a graph with other values of x to build up
points which you can join together.
In this case a straight line
