Y=1/4x+1

You can put this solution on YOUR website! Graph the line
Y=1/4x+1

Find 2 points, and draw a straight line thru them.
set x equal to something, find y. 2 times.
if x = 0, y = 1 so that's the point (0,1)
if x = 4, y = 2 so that's (4,2)
That's all you need.
