the domain is the set of all unique x values {5, 7, 6}
The range is the set of all unique y values {-3 , -4, -6 , 9}
It is not a function because there are two different 'outputs' when for the x=5 value. A function requires that each x maps to a single y. IN the case of x=5, it maps to both -3 and 9. So it is not a function
