You can put this solution on YOUR website!
use the same rules you use for arithmetic.
1-3%285b-2%29=4-%287b%2B3%29 first use distribution
1+-+15b+%2B+6+=+4+-+7b+-+3 collect like terms
7+-+15b+=+1+-+7b now isolate the terms with variables
7+-1+=+15b+-+7b simplify
6+=+8b now solve for b
6%2F8+=++b simplify
3%2F4+=+b+
Check your answer by plugging 3/4 in for b and verifying that boths sides are the same
