Question 184062: I am not exactly sure if this is a linear equation but I need help!!!
I am homeschooled and I dont understand one of the problems in my book- I would send you the ISBN # but my book doesnt have one I guess.
The section is called " Uniting Literal Coefficients by Using Parentheses"
I dont understand how to do it and like in this problem- the directions say to subtract the lower expression from the upper one-
dy+az
ey-bz

that is just a sample problem another one is-
ax+aby
bx+aby

Please HELP me- Thank you so much- if you need any more info, please just ask.
