2nd condition: highlight%28x%29-y=13
Substitute highlighted becomes:
3y-y=13
2y=13------->cross%282%29y%2Fcross%282%29=cross%2813%296.5%2Fcross%282%29
highlight%28y=6.5%29, the other number
x=3%2A6.5=highlight%2819.5%29, the number
