Multiply "Bottom" by 3, and subtract from "Top":
(x-5y=2)(3)=3x-15y=6
3x-11y=2
-(3x-15y=6) * remember to change signs

highlight%28y=-1%29, subst to "Bottom"
x-5%28-1%29=2
