If by this you mean x = log(base25) of 5, not to the 5, then it is pretty simple, only because of the numbers in the question.
To solve this, or any log problem, you want to take B^(both sides), where B = base (in this case 25). So, you have...
25%5Ex=25%5E%28log25%285%29%29
25%5Ex=5
Since we know that 5%5E2=25, then x would be equivalent of the square root, or 1/2.
x = 1/2
