The question to ask both computers is:
"If I ask the other computer which box contains
the $100, what will the other computer tell me?
The truth-telling computer will say B if the
$100 box is A
The lie-telling computer will also say B if the $100
box is A
Just pick the opposite box from whatever either one
tells you the other one would pick.
