I'll assume you want the speeds of the cars.
The speed of the cars relative to each other is 600/4 = 150 kph. Going in opposite directions it's the sum of the 2 speeds.
s + f = 150 (slow + fast car)
s = f-10 (slower is 10 less than faster)
Sub for s into 1st eqn
f-10 + f = 150
2f = 160
f = 80 kph (faster car)
s = 70 kph (slower car)
