8) 5x^2-45x+90=0

5x^2-45x+90=0 Divide by 5. Reducing as much as possible makes it easier to factor.
x^2 - 9x + 18 = 0
18 is 6*3, 9 is 6+3, so
(x-6)*(x-3) = 0
x = 6
x = 3
