x^2+9 = 0
(x+3i)(x-3i) = 0
x = -3i or x = 3i

4(x-2)^2=-1
(x-2)^2 + (1/4) = 0
[(x-2) + (1/2)i] [(x-2) - (1/2)i] = 0
x-2 = (1/2)i or x-2 = (1/2)i
x = 2 + (1/2)i or x = 2 + (1/2)i
