On a grid I need to provide all possible angles in standard position and all points to be drawn for secD= -15/12

sec(d) = -15/12 = -5/4
cos(d) = -4/5 (cos = 1/sec)
The cosine (and secant) is negative in quadrants 2 and 3.
Using a calculator, the angles are 143.13 and 360-143.13, = 216.87 degrees.
I don't know what you mean by "all points"

You can plot the points (-4,3) and (-4,-3) and connect them with to origin to give the angles. Maybe that's what you mean.

The reason it's (-4,3) and (-4,-3) is that it makes a right triangle whose hypotenuse is the 5, which is the denominator.
