i hope i have understood correctly..
u need to get the two equations in to slope intercept form. (y=mx+b)
first problem
3x-2y=0 look at the 3x you need to subtract it from each side
-3x -3x
-2y=-3x+0 after that you need to rewrite the problem.. that is the final answer u would do the same for the second problem
