L1 (4,8), (-4,2)
slope = (8-2)(4--4) = 6/8 = 3/4
-------------------------------------
L2 (3,-5), (-1, 1/3)
slope = (-5-(1/3)/(3--1) = (-16/3)/(4) = -4/3
------------------------------------------------
Since (3/4)(-4/3) = -1, the lines are perpendicular.
