*Distribute
2x - 3x + 5 + 8x - 4
-SECOND STEP:
*Combine like-terms
(8x - 3x + 2x) + (5 - 4)
-THIRD STEP:
*Simplify
7x + 1 <-----ANSWER YOU CANT DO ANYTHING ELSE
