Given the two bases a and b, and the height h of a trapezoid, the area is given by
A=1%2F2+%28a%2Bb%29%2Fh
so the area of the trapezoid you've given is (1/2)(25+7)9=(1/2)(34/9)=17/9 sq. meters
In any parallelogram, opposite sides have the same length. So the perimeter of the parallelogram is 2(6.5+3.5)=2(10)=20 m
