You can put this solution on YOUR website!
This question is a teacher made up question and does not come from my book:
Simplify the expression: (xy to the negative 2 power)to the negative 2 power divided by(x to the negative 2 power y)to the negative 3 power. Please can you help me?

I'M NOT SURE I UNDERSTAND YOUR PROBLEM BUT I'LL TRY:
%28%28xy%5E-2%29%5E-2%29%2F%28%28x%5E-2y%29%5E-3%29=
%28x%5E-2y%5E4%29%2F%28x%5E6y-3%29= -------------------EXPRESSION A
%28y%5E4%2Fx%5E2%29%2F%28x%5E6%2Fy%5E3%29 Multiply numerator and denominator of the complex fraction by %28y%5E3%2Fx%5E6%29 that will make the denominator equal to 1 and thus get rid of the complex fraction
%28%28y%5E4%2Fx%5E2%29%28y%5E3%2Fx%5E6%29%29%2F1=
y%5E7%2Fx%5E8-------------------------Ans
By inspecting EXPRESSION A above we can arrive at the same answer:
