Question 179997: Can you solve these problem? and can you explain how to do?
1.) How many possible outcomes are there from tossing two number cubes labeled 1-6?
2.) Describe the sample space for a spinner with four equal sections of blue, red, green, and yellow.
3.) How likely is it that an outcome with a probability of 1 with occur?
4.) How likely is it that an outcome with a probability of 0 with occur?

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Can you solve these problem? and can you explain how to do?
1.) How many possible outcomes are there from tossing two number cubes labeled 1-6?
the 1st cube can land in 6 ways
the 2nd cube can land in 6 ways
Ans: 6*6 = 36
------------------------
2.) Describe the sample space for a spinner with four equal sections of blue, red, green, and yellow.
Sample space is a listing of all the possible outcomes on a trial.
Your Problem:{blue, red, green, yellow}
------------------------

3.) How likely is it that an outcome with a probability of 1 with occur?
If the probability is "1" the number of ways to succeed is the same as the number of possible outcomes. Success is assured.

---------------------
4.) How likely is it that an outcome with a probability of 0 with occur?
The number of ways to succeed is zer0. Success will never occur.
