y = 3x - 10.....eq 1
y= 2x - 5.......eq 2
:
take y's value from either eq 1 or 2 and plug it into the equation you didnt pick from for every value of y. I pick y's value from eq 1 which is 3x-10, and will plug that into eq 2
:
(3x-10)=2x-5
:
highlight%28x=5%29subtracted x and added 10 to both sides.

now take x's found value and plug it into either eq. I choose eq 2

y=2(5)-5=5
:
(5,5)
