This set of equations is inconsistent.
You can work it around and get 3 = 0.
There is no solution. If you plot the graphs, you get 2 parallel lines.

these lines have the same slope and different y intercepts, therefore they are parallel lines meaning this system has NO Solutions........therefore, it is inconsistent...which also means dependency and independency do not come into play.
