Simplify (1/2x+1/4) / (4/2x^2-1)
Modify to get:
(1/4(2x+1)) / (4/2x^2-1)
Invert the denominator and multiply to get:
[1/4(2x+1)] * [(2x^2-1)/4]
=[2x^2-1] * [16(2x+1)]
