-3x + 6 - (1/2)x - 2 > (1/4)x - 13
-3x - (1/2)x + 4 > (1/4)x - 13
-(7/2)x > (1/4)x - 17
-(14/4)x - (1/4)x > - 17
-(15/4)x > -17
x < (4/15)17
x < 68/15
x < 4.533333...
