| Question 178036: Please give me the algebraic equation for my paper folding problem:
 "As you fold a sheet of paper the number of folds increase by one, but the number of sections doubles. Folds= 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, etc.
 Sections=2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, etc.
 What pattern do you notice? Can you state this rule?" Thanks!

You can put this solution on YOUR website! Folds= 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, etc. Sections=2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64,
 I see the pattern. Hmmm...
 loading pattern...
 no. of sections=2no. of folds
 Sections=2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64=21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26
 Am I right?
 Power up,
 HyperBrain!
