You can put this solution on YOUR website!
1) the common difference between any two successive terms is -2

the next term is -3-2 or -5

the nth term is -2n+5

2) there is no common difference or common ratio __ these are characteristics of a series with an exponent other than 1

dividing by -3 gives 1, 8, 27, 64, ... __ these are perfect cubes

the next term is -375

the nth term is -3n^3
