x^2 + 2/3x + y

+x%5E2%2B2%281%2F3%29%28x%29%2B+y%5E2+
So y=1/3


So we get
+%28x%2B%281%2F3%29%29%5E2+=+x%5E2%2B2%281%2F3%29%28x%29%2B+y%5E2+
+%28x%2B%281%2F3%29%29%5E2+=+x%5E2%2B2%281%2F3%29%28x%29%2B+%281%2F9%29+


Then we have
x^2 + 2/3x + 1/9
