You can put this solution on YOUR website!
2%2F13=%288%2F13%29x%2B4%2F13
the first step is to subtract 4/13 from both sides.
-2%2F13=%288%2F13%29x
Last, we divide both sides by 8/13, which is the same thing as multiplying both sides by 13/8.
%28-2%2F13%29%2813%2F8%29=x
-2%2F8=x
So x=-1/4.

Multiply thru by 13 to get:
2 = 8x + 4
8x = -2
x = 1/4
