We have Line eqn's:
y+%2B+2x+=+-1, eqn 1
y+-+4+=+-2x, eqn 2
Following Slope-Intercept form, y=mx%2Bb
In eqn 1:
y=-2x-1----> slope=-2,yIntercept=-1
In eqn 2:
y=-2x%2B4---->Slope=-2,yIntercept=4
Above eqns have the same Slope, so they should be parallel. Let's see:
--->Red Line, eqn 1; Green Line, eqn 2
