I don't think you mean how to "solve" since this is not set equal to anything. I think you meant "simplify". So I will try that for you. The first thing I would do is to distribute through the minus signs so that you can drop the parentheses. So
%2815x%5E2-9x%2B9%29-%2813x%5E2%2B15x%2B5%29-%2816x%5E2%2B20x%2B16%29-%28-7x%5E2%2B10x-10%29 is equal to
15x%5E2-9x%2B9-13x%5E2-15x-5-16x%5E2-20x-16%2B7x%5E2-10x%2B10
Now, lets group the like terms.
15x%5E2-13x%5E2-16x%5E2%2B7x%5E2-9x-15x-20x-10x%2B9-5-16%2B10
