Question 175339: What number am I? If you multiply me by 2, I become a number greater than 20 and less than 20, if you multiply me by 6, I end in an 8, and if you multiply me by 4 I end in an 2.
I actually came up with two answers 13 and 18. 13x 2= 26, 13x6= 48, 13x4= 52
18x2= 36, 18x6=108, 18x4=72
Which one is correct

You can put this solution on YOUR website! I don't understand how a number can be "greater than 20 and less than 20." Did you really mean that? Except for this part of the problem, apparently there is more than one solution to this problem. Actually any number that ends in a 3 or an 8 will satisfy the last two parts of the problem.
