You can put this solution on YOUR website!
write equation in slope intercept form...y=mx+b
:
y=-3x+5
:
3y=x+6--->y=(1/3)x+2
:
now compare the slopes one is -3 and one is 1/3.....those are negative recipricals of each other therefore these lines are perpendicular to one another
