Question 174479: If you drinked 5 beers during every football game, the function would be.
Number of Beers (B) = 5 times number of football games (F), or B = 5F.
But suppose you drink 2 beers each day irrespective of football, but there is teo games that day:
Number of beers (B) is 2+4x number of football games, or B=2+4F
Therefore (B)=2+4(10) which leads to the solution.
(B=42) Therefore there was 42 beers drunk during the time of the (2)football games.

You can put this solution on YOUR website! Number of Beers (B) = 5 times number of football games (F), or B = 5F.

You can put this solution on YOUR website! If you drinked (drank) 5 beers during every football game, the function would be:
Number of Beers (B) = 5 times number of football games (F), or B = 5F.
----------------------
That looks right.

But suppose you drink 2 beers each day irrespective of football, but in addition you drink four beers every football game. In this case:
Number of beers (B) is 2+ 4 x number of football game, or B = 2 + 4F
I'd say B = 2D + 4F, where D = days. That could be a lot of beer.
