You can put this solution on YOUR website!
How would I find the slope and y-intercept of this
f(x)=-4x-8
Very simple, the slope intercept form: y = mx + b
where m = slope and b = y intercept
:
y = f(x)
therefore in your equation:
y = -4x - 8
therefore
slope (m) = -4
and
intercept (b) = -8
