You can put this solution on YOUR website! you are correct in the formula it is y-k=m(x-h) where m is the slope and (h,k) is any point on the line.

m=(-5-10)/(9-3)=-15/6=

lets use (9,-5)as our point
:
y-(-5)=(-5/2)(x-9)

y+5=(-5/2)x+45/2....lets multiply all terms by 2
