You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Let x = pounds of $7.28 added
then
7.28x + 8.40(9) = 7.95(9+x)
7.28x + 75.6 = 71.55 + 7.95x
7.28x + 4.05 = 7.95x
4.05 = 0.67x
6.045 pounds = x
