The equation for this circle is x^2+y^2=4.5^2
In order to graph set x^2=4.5^2
Take the sq root of each side x= + or - 4.5 plot the points (4.5,0)
Then do the same for y
The resultant points is (0,4.5) and (0,-4.5) you know the shape of the circle -This is your graph.
