That is a binomial problem with n=15, p = 0.7, and x>=7.

A TI calculator answer would be 1 - binomcdf(15,0.7,6) = 0.9848
----
If you do not have a calculator you must use a binomial table that can
show you the probability answer you desire
The probability you need is P(x=7) + P(x=8) + ... + P(x=15), each of
which should be listed on your binomial table.
