divide 1 by 8... 1/8=.125........more familiar might be 1/2=.5 or 3/4=.75

How do you express 1/8 as a decimal?

Divide 8 into 1 and you should get 0.125
To express any fraction as a decimal, you simply divide the denominator into the numerator
