You can put this solution on YOUR website!
If you have the picture on your computer, you can upload it to a site like flickr, photobucket, or tinypic. If you don't have it on your computer, you can try the following:

a) Scan in the graph

b) Take a picture of the page with the graph

c) Draw the graph by hand (using a computer program). If you follow this route, be sure to label everything.
