Question 171614: simplify the expression:write in lowest terms _3x+1_ * _x-2_

You can put this solution on YOUR website! _3x+1_ * _x-2_
x-2 2x+3
-----------------
Cancel the x-2 factor which is common to numerator and denominator to get:
= (3x+1)/(2x+3)
That is about all you can do with this problem.
