2y-3x= 9.....(2)
add eqn(1) and eqn(2)..we get
y+3x+2y-3x=-5+9=4
3y=4
y=4/3
substitute in eqn.1...4/3+3x=-5
3x=-5-4/3=(-3*5-4)/3=-19/3
x=-19/(3*3)=-19/9
