P=length of all 3 sides
:
P=(1/2)P+(1/3)P+8....multiply all terms by LCM which is 6
:
6P=3P+2P+48

1/3 + 1/2 is 2/6 + 3/6 or 5/6

so the 8 inch side is 1/6 of the perimeter

(1/6)p=8 __ multiplying by 6 __ p=48 inches
