Question 169650: The graph of an exponential function is given. Select the function for the graph from the functions listed.
There is a graph attached to the problem, but I was unable to load it. Start on the x axis at -1,0 bending up to the y axis (1,1). If you would like me to email you the graph, I can.
The following are answers that are avaiable;

f(x) = 4x + 2
f(x) = 4x - 2
f(x) = 4x + 2
f(x) = 4x

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
I'm assuming that the choices are f%28x%29=4%5Ex%2B2, f%28x%29=4%5Ex-2 (or is it f%28x%29=4%5E%28x-2%29 ???) f%28x%29=4%5E%28x%2B2%29 and f%28x%29=4%5Ex. Note: use of parenthesis is highly recommended.

Unfortunately, none of the functions run through the points (-1,0) and (1,1). Is is possible that you read the graph wrong? Or maybe the functions are incorrect?
