You can put this solution on YOUR website! 13/x + 1 is your number.
13 can be divided by 13 with the result = 1 (an integer).
13 can be divided by 1 with the result = 13 (an integer).
since 13 is a prime number, no other x will divide into it and make an integer.
if x = .1, then 130 + 1 is an integer, but x is not an integer.
smallest x appears to be 1.
this would be the smallest integer value of x where the result of 13/x + 1 is an integer, i believe.
