You can put this solution on YOUR website!
A=1st number
B=2nd number
C=3rd number
A=The first number is half of the second=
A=.5B
B= B
C=the third number is three times the second number.
A=3B
.5B+B+3B=63
Add them all together:
4.5B=63
Divide both sides by 4.5 to get B alone.
B=14
Plug that into your equation of .5B+B+3B=63
It comes out to 63 so your first number is half of B which is 7.
