9%3E=3x%3C21divide each term by 3
3%3E=x%3E7 which states that x is greater than or equal to 3 and less than 7

I cant get my numberline to work but you should have 3 with a solid circle and a solid line moving to 7 with a hollow circle at 7 because 7 is not inclusive.
