The line equation is:
Y=mX+b where X & Y are a set of points, m=the slope of the line & b=the Y intercept.
Example:
y=2x-6
+graph%28+300%2C+200%2C+-6%2C+5%2C+-10%2C+10%2C+2x+-6%29+ (graph 300x200 pixels, x from -6 to 5, y from -10 to 10, 2x -6).
Here we have X & Y points (3,0) & (0,-6).
