x+x+2+x+4+x+6=-124
4x+12=-124
4x=-124-12
4x=-136
x=-136/4
x=-34 is the smallest integer.
-34+2=-32 for the next integer.
-34+4=-30 is the next integer.
-34+6=-28 is the largest integer.
Proof:
-34-32-30-28=-124
-124=-124
