eq 1:
x-y = 4
x = y+4
eq 2:
3x = 7y+14
x = (7y+14)/3
1 and 2
=> y+4 = (7y+14)/3
=> 3y+12 = 7y+14
=>4y = -2
=> y = -1/2
x = 7/2
